This program is specifically developed for you, based on your goals and your life style. Through this journey you will learn to take care of yourself through movement, nutrition and a mindful approach to life changes.
There is no training method that works for everybody but we all can find an approach that works for us. I will follow and support you through this process of discovery , guiding you progressively.

These are meant to be standardized plans that allow you to start training by following my approach but without direct contact! This is a great way to have a ‘taste’ of what I do and how I do it, they are fun and challenging and easy to adapt to your level!
1) A Standard (4 weeks) training plan for EXPATS to keep up with healthy habits and sport when moving to a new country and having important life changes!
2) 4 weeks to Start training with your partner
3) Mobility/Strength (Animal Flow and Functional Training)
