Through the integration of movement and breathwork, our intention is to invite you to connect within and embrace all your potential. Animal Flow & Martial Art practices & embodied breathwork brought together into a one beautiful day, to provide you with the tools to connect to the most incredible gift you have: your own body!
Moving through our lives, we are often asked to make decisions: from the most simple ones, such as what to it or whether or not to go for a run – to more difficult ones. Maybe we need to choose to leave an unhealthy relationship or make a step towards a new one, maybe we want to change job or country, start a new business, go for an adventure or maybe we want to tell someone we love them. Every time we make a decision, there is a change involved: a step we make, an action we take creates a change to our internal as well as the external world. Sometimes we feel like we have no power, that we have no choice, we feel as if the only option we have is to stick to what we know best, so we avoid change. After all, change is scary!
Change happens continuously. When we lose someone we love – we move through an incredible change. our life changes, our way of relating to others changes, our understanding of love changes. When we love someone deeply, our entire system responds differently and all our priorities shift. when we feel hurt, sad, blocked, uncertain… there is an entire landscape to discover. This is a life-time practice, the more connected we are to our own body – the more we feel we have the choice to make those changes that are so much needed.
Through movement and breathwork practice – during this one-day workshop – we will explore the power that relies within ourselves and how we can channel all the energies so that we can live in acceptance and with resilience. We will explore our own limitations, blockages, contractions. We will process, through practices of breathwork, animal flow and kenpo, our own healing power. we will find different ways to bring more understanding to how we can flow through life and approach change with the mindset of who knows that we always have a choice.
